1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of terms used in these Terms are provided below:

• "Platform" refers to the 999bb website and all services provided under it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has opened an account on 999bb or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by 999bb.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to a stake placed on any game or sports event on the platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), which is the platform's currency.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the 999bb platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account termination and any winnings or balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person or family member's name is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for updating your information if any details change. Providing false or fraudulent information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 999bb is ৳100 (per method). We currently support the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank)

Before making a deposit, ensure you are using the correct account number and amount. 999bb is not responsible for any transaction issues caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. 999bb does not share your financial information with any third party, except where required to meet legal obligations.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a bonus of ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 and get a bonus of ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonuses are only usable for real money wagering — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• If the wagering requirement for one bonus is not met, the next bonus will not be activated.
• 999bb reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

4.4 VIP Program & Cashback

999bb's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity and loyalty. VIP cashback is credited automatically every week.

5 Game & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play

999bb is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are powered by software from recognized technology providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
• Claiming bonus advantages through multiple accounts
• Fraudulent wagering through coordination with other users
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities

5.3 Bet Settlement

If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, internet disconnection, or any other reason, 999bb may at its own discretion decide to void or accept that bet. This decision will be considered final.

6 Account Suspension & Closure

999bb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason, particularly in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms violation
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If account verification fails
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period

Users may also request to close their own account. Any valid balance will be returned after account closure, however bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

10 Limitation of Liability

999bb is not liable for any of the following:

• A bet or game session being interrupted due to internet disconnection
• Delays caused by faults in third-party payment gateways
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in protecting their account information
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues or force majeure

Under no circumstances will 999bb's total liability exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

999bb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be deemed as your agreement to the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will make an effort to notify you by email or through the platform.

The date of the most recent change will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between 999bb and the user. No verbal or other written understanding may alter this agreement.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
